Just a friendly reminder that your private room(s) is/are in a shared home with other guests. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please keep the volume of your voice and TV at a respectful level. Keep all personal belongings inside your room and clean up after yourself when using the bathroom and kitchen. This helps everyone enjoy a clean and comfortable space. If there are three guests over the age of 3 in a single room, rental of the rollaway bed is required as each bed can only accommodate two adults and a small child. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, we offer a rollaway twin-size bed for $15 per night. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $10 per hour, depending on room availability. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed in the home at any time. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the home or in the bathrooms, but you may smoke on the patio in the backyard. An ashtray is provided on the patio table for your convenience. Please note that pets are not allowed.
